BLOOMINGTON ? A 6-year-old Bloomington child is in Riley Children?s Hospital after being burned while trick-or-treating. Bloomington police were called at 7:14 p.m. Friday to the 400 block of Blue Ridge Drive. According to a police report, the child was dressed in a mummy costume for Halloween. More »
